Your customer experience and satisfaction is important to us!  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we're here to help. 

Exchanges

J-Lynns Classy Boutique does not offer returns or refunds, but we will gladly exchange any items that you are unhappy with within 5 business days.

J-Lynns Classy Boutique is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after shipping. Any package sent via priority mail is covered with insurance from USPS. Any claims will be filed at USPS.com.

All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt and returned in original packaging within 10 business days.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping 

Orders will be processed Mon-Fri and shipped on Wednesdays. Processing time depends on stock availability. Please be aware that items ordered after Wednesday will be shipped on the following Wednesday.

Packages will be shipped Wednesday

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following Wednesday.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
